For municipal parks, conservation areas, ball diamonds and trailheads, we place durable standard units with hand-sanitizer or wash stations and accessible options, then service them on a schedule that keeps up with the season’s foot traffic.
Golf courses
Nothing sours a round like a long wait at the turn. We position clean, good-looking units at key points across the course — and for clubhouses and tournaments, our Elegance washroom trailers give members and guests a proper indoor-washroom experience without permanent plumbing.
Farms & agritourism
Pumpkin patches, U-pick orchards, garden centres, horse farms and harvest festivals draw crowds to sites with no plumbing for miles — and being based in Wellington County, we’re right in farm country to handle it. We set up family-sized and accessible units with kid-height hand-wash stations, serviced through the whole September-to-Halloween rush.

How many restrooms does my site need?
As a guideline, plan for one restroom per 50–75 people, then adjust for your situation:
Overnight or all-day
Campgrounds, multi-day venues: add units. People eat and stay on-site, so usage climbs. Plan more than one per 50–75 and nightly servicing.
Alcohol
Breweries, events, licensed venues: increases use noticeably, you should add units.
Hand-washing
For larger sites, add about one hand-wash station per six restrooms.
Staff vs. visitors
Dedicated staff facilities cut wait times and keep public units flowing.

How many restrooms do I need for long-term use?
Plan for one restroom per 50–75 people, adjusted for your male/female ratio, food, alcohol and overnight use. For larger sites, add about one hand-wash station per six units. We’ll fine-tune it to how your site is actually used.
Is servicing included?
Yes. Weekly servicing is part of the rental cost (pump-out, disinfect, restock). For high-traffic sites we can service more often, and you can adjust the frequency as the season changes.
What's best for a golf course?

What do you recommend for campgrounds?
